CBO Resource Guide

The California CBO Resource Guide is a consolidated way for providers and individuals alike to find resources from community-based organizations across California. The guide includes organizations supporting a wide range of services, from childcare and health care to reentry and workforce development.

The resource guide is designed to be widely accessible and was built on the Airtable platform. Organizations can be easily sorted by services provided, populations served, counties served, and more using filters on the top of the page. Each organization's entry includes contact information alongside the services it offers. For further help with the guide, please review the Instruction Guide.

This guide was built by Full Circle Health Network in partnership with Stoner Mertz & Co. Our goal was to create an easy way for providers to connect with community-based organizations across California. Over time, we aim to keep the information as current as possible with help from both the organizations listed and the guide's users. However, the information will not be actively updated and will depend on organizations to maintain current information.
